* Facilitate the provision of financial, material, physical and targeted interventions to address management and treatment of non-communicable diseases in communities and healthcare facilities nationwide.

* Contribute to policy directives and implementation in the healthcare space, through human resource capacity enhancement and deployment in underserved healthcare facilities nationwide.
